Got a call from Singnet offering me some random plan or something that changes my monthly broadband bill from $30 odd bucks to $19bucks...

I declined the offer BUT the irritating lady keep asking me why I don't wanna change blah blah blah... I wanted to just hang up the call but thats rude so I continued the convo anyway... In the end, we ended in a quite unhappy note, she sounded unhappy as I refused to give her an explanation, I just kept saying "I'm not interested".

I SAID I DON'T WANT THE OFFER... which part of that do you not understand??? I hate it when she asked me why I don't wanna change? Any special reasons???

I don't owe you any explanation for declining that offer! Stop interrogating me! If I do wanna change any plans or stuff I will call Singnet n check myself.... All these calls just makes me thinks that its all gimmicks!

To all sales person out there.... pls do not irritate the person anymore if they refuse to take up any of your offers... leave us alone.... don't ask why, don't try to persuade... just hang up the call n carry on calling another person...
